My name is Andrew 'SKIP' Skupinski and I'm 27. I've held an interest in this hobby for over a year now, and this was how it began......
I was at my computer browsing the web for a plastic/resin model kit of the M-41a Pulse Rifle from the movie Aliens. I wasn't happy with the prices I was seeing so I thought of making one myself. While looking for some reference pictures, I stumbled across and website offering a free papermodel of the rifle. I didn't expect much. I mean, it's made of paper, how good could it be? I clicked on the link and was amazed at what the designer had achieved. Not only was he offering the rifle that I so wanted, but he also had the APC and they both looked great! I then learned that he was also in the process of designing a fully scaled model of the LV-426 Colony from the second Alien movie, not just the building but scaled papermodel vehicles too. I downloaded them straight away and just could get over how cool these models looked.
Anyway, after that I looked deeper into this hobby and sure I'll have more to offer, given a little more tbecame hooked. Before this, I only rembered papermodels vaguely from my childhood years when they came inside cereal boxes.That was over a year ago now, I've collected alot of models. Some I'll probably never get around to building, but I've always been a horder. I've also recently became interested in designing these models for myself, and that's the reason why this website was started.
I'd like to share my models with you. There aren't many yet, but there soon will be. Take a look around, if you don't see anything of interest then I'm sorry. Be sure to check the links page and the papermodels webring nav bar at the bottom of this page. AND come back again sometime as I'm time to finish some more projects. I have so many.

2nd July 06: Romulan Warbird added to the BotF Project.

18th July 06: Starship USS AMBASSADOR added to the models page. HOT!!
1st AUGUST 06: Found a File Host, so all models in the models page now come in .RAR format. I haven't bothered changing the BotF models yet as I'm thinking of scrapping the project due to poor models. I might resize the textures and use them on my own smoother models.
